            A quick "intervention" for depression

     Hello dear all! I first of all want to say hi to the person who sent me a letter and told me his story. Thank you for your trust. You requested me to provide you with info about depression, and I decided that aside from the personal reply I sent you, I'll write a post on that topic since other people may find it useful too. Consequently, I promise that my next post will be on that topic [publicly signed and sealed (and it will be written in English and Bulgarian as requested)] :))) However, today I'd like to make just a quick (and non-scientifically proven to be effective) image intervention for depression. To all who don't feel depressed- just see the next images as a prevention...who doesn't need a Friday smile set, anyways... Let me know if you feel better after the intervention... :)))


Do you feel a negative change in your life?

...and confused?

Do you feel like you don't want to play?...


...and feel like no one can cheer you up....




Well...it may be just about the time to do something, but...

Don't rely on superheroes...







...or magic solutions


Use your own strengths for problem solving


If you feel like you can't make it....learn some new skills...

And get out of your comfort zone...



And I know that there are many kinds of people in your life...


...and some of them won't try to help you...

to those you can just say...



To get better you need to stay protected and



go along with your friends


and if you decide to make a change, you may soon find out that...


!


BUT if you still feel sad...DON"T FOOL YOURSELF...


...and find a therapist...






Because you deserve better and with the help of your therapist you can kick depression's little @$$
