13 tips for a happy summer
  
The summer's here already for us to enjoy. Even those who'll be working this summer, could enjoy the benefits of this beautiful season. Today's post will be just a quick update with a list of tips that you can use to make your summer rock:

1. If you happen to be here... 

you most probably don't need tips, and most probably you're not reading this..

2. Drink water! 

That is one of the basic tips for a cool and pleasurable summer. During the summer we loose lots of water and we need to compensate. Dehydration can make you feel fatigue and lack of energy, so don't forget to have water with you wherever you go!

 
3. Wear white

It looks good and it's the best to protect you from the summer heat!

 
 4. Wear open and comfortable shoes

Sometimes our feet can feel a bit heavy in the summer heat. Create comfort for them with open comfy pair that you like :)


5. Go swimming

It's one of the best sports suitable for everybody- children, men and momen of every age. You work out for all groups of muscles at the same time and you build a harmonious body without risks of traumas.



6. Take care of your body with massages and body treatments

Take the time at least once per week to take care of your body- take care of its appearance and of its health and comfort.






7. Learn to make and enjoy cold drinks and foods

Cool tasty fruity icy drinks are always a good idea in the summer. Ice creams, sorbets and frozen drinks are the perfect way to indulge yourself.  




8. Eat light food

This will make you feel and look light ;))






 9. Invite your friends over or make out

The best idea...for any season!



10. 3 is always more than 1:

Break your days off in three (or more) and go on vacation for 3 shorter breaks, instead of one longer. This way you'll be excited and expect good times more often and you'll adapt to the work process more easily. Long breaks are proven to stress us out, because we switch off the working mode. A friend told me- give me a month break and I'll take the responsibility to overcome the stress afterwards...fair enough!



11. Check on your work
 
reduce the stress of having millions of emails and obligations at the end of the break



 12. Don't get stressed

Chill out, take time for a break and dare to be lazy on Sundays :)))






 13. Listen to your favorite songs
