Why
use them?
Homemade
cosmetics are products of another level. They are fresh and are made with high quality selected ingredients of your
choice. It is essential to use organic or homemade body cosmetics, because we
apply the products on big portions of our skin. Consequently, if we use
products with toxic ingredients (body lotions, body oils, body butters etc.),
bigger quantity of them may enter the blood stream and consequently could be
harmful for our health. Many times we are careful about the cosmetics that we
use for our face and we don’t pay too much attention on what we use for our
bodies. Considering our health, it should be the opposite.
Good news! Sugar can be good for you! How? it is revealed in today's post. There is actually a simple trick that you can use to stay fit and beautiful. Whatever has too many calories to eat- put it on your face ( note: this does not apply to meat and all cooked food!! haha)
Now, for example you can use bananas, chocolate and caviar for facial masks instead of a meal (or better yet split them in half). Some will say- "are you out of your mind?", others will know the benefits!
