How to feel, look and be fabulous!

1. MOVE. Movement is life, it is strength, it is beauty. It is the main healthy way to maintain a beautiful healthy body. Through sweat not only "fat is crying", but also toxins are exported from the body...yay!


2. EAT SMART. This means not to allow external stimuli to decide what our menu will contain. One of the tips to avoid junk food is quite simple, but very, very effective- do not visit places where you've access to this type of food (especially if hungry). Don't let the small evil hamburger to hypnotize you!! :))) Same goes for going to the groceries when hungry or frustrated- usually this will not end well...In a few words- be in charge! Select your food and don't let it select you (creepy!)


3. WORK OUT. No, it's not the same as simply moving (witch includes walking, taking the stairs etc.). It involves selecting a sport that you enjoy and it is available to you (it's close to your home, you can afford the equipment and monthly membership cards etc.)



4. PREFER QUALITY. One of the problems that many people share is their preference to quantity vs quality. It is always good to eat less food of a better quality!


5. DETERMINE A CHEATING DAY. This will be the day you'll have the right to remove the restrictions and have anything you want (again hit the beast and don't overeat). A cheating day may be the one you gather with your family or friends for a nice lunch/dinner..! :)))


6. DO IT LIKE A JAPANESE! Yes! Japan is the country with the less overweight population. Apart from their traditional food containing rice, vegetables and fresh sea food, they drink a lot of green tea before and after their meals.( It may not work in combination with a triple Big Mac and french fries :)


7. CHOOSE LOW CALORIES. There are many low calories great foods..don't make me give you an example, please :D


8. FREQUENTLY AND LITTLE. Eat very small amounts of food- every 4 hours to enhance your metabolism.





9. DRINK LIQUIDS. Sometimes you're thirsty and you think you're hungry ;) drink more liquids.


10. ENJOY! Have you noticed that when happy, you're less hungry? No?


11. MIND THE INNER. When having food for the soul the body feels less need for feeding...share what you think?
